The Prompt Library and Starter Prompts help you get the most out of BlueConic Experiences by enhancing how you interact with AI Agents across the platform. The Prompt Library is built directly into the agent interface and surfaces relevant, contextual prompt suggestions based on where you are, whether you're building a new Experience, analyzing performance, or exploring audience insights. The Starter Prompt Library complements this with curated examples that showcase how to effectively prompt the agent for a variety of use cases. Together, these resources inspire creativity, accelerate learning, and help you quickly unlock value with AI.
Together, these resources help you:
Explore what’s possible: See categorized prompt examples that highlight the full range of agent capabilities.
Learn by example: Each prompt demonstrates how to ask the agent to complete specific actions or generate ideas.
Accelerate time to value: Quickly apply prewritten prompts to start building, analyzing, or optimizing with minimal effort.
Encourage experimentation: Use prompts as inspiration to develop your own requests and workflows.
Empower go-to-market teams: Provide sales, onboarding, and success teams with examples that illustrate agent value in real customer scenarios.

How AI prompt suggestions work
When you open the AI Agent in any contextual area of the platform, you’ll see prompt suggestions tailored to that part of the product.
In Brand-level Experience Analytics, you’ll find prompts that help you summarize insights or identify optimization opportunities.
In the Experience Builder, you’ll see prompts focused on creating, editing, and styling experiences.
You can click on any prompt to send it directly to the agent, or simply use it as inspiration to craft your own.
Tip: The Prompt Library is designed primarily for education and inspiration. While you can use prompts directly to save time, they’re most powerful as examples that show how to best communicate with your agent.
