Before you begin
Review the Prompt Starter Library to analyze campaign performance and uncover insights.
Familiarize yourself with prompt suggestions, which appear automatically when you open the AI Insights Agent.
Access the AI Insights Agent
Select Reporting > Brand Dashboard
Note: The AI Insights Agent is available across all reporting views, so you can select the Report Center or Experience Analytics to find it as well.
Select the purple AI Agent icon in the top right.
Export insights
Analyze with Prompts
The AI Insights Agent uses a prompt-driven workflow, simply type or select prompts that reflect the insights you want to explore.
When you open the agent, you’ll see contextual prompt suggestions.
You can:
Choose one of the suggested prompts to begin analyzing performance.
Edit a prompt for specificity (e.g., add date ranges or experience names).
Write your own prompt in natural language.
Bookmark Prompts
Save your most valuable prompts for recurring insights with Prompt Bookmarking.
After using a prompt, click the bookmark icon below it.
Your prompt is automatically saved to your personal bookmark list for the Insights Agent.
Access your saved prompts anytime from the Agent’s text input area.
To delete a bookmark, open it and click the trash icon.
Tip: Bookmarked prompts are tied to a specific agent but can be used across brands — perfect for monthly reports, recurring insights, and cross-team alignment.
Data visualizations
The AI Insights Agent can return visual charts in response to your prompts, making it easier to interpret results and share insights with others.
How to request a chart
Ask for a visualization using plain language, such as:
“Show a bar chart of experience engagement by week”
“Display a pie chart of experience types launched this quarter”
The agent automatically selects the most appropriate chart type based on your prompt.
