Audience insights overview

Audience insights is a feature within Experiences by Jebbit that enables you to analyze and understand the data collected from your experiences, such as quizzes and surveys. By mapping attributes to key questions, you can gain valuable insights into your audience's preferences and behaviors.

Audience insights allows you to:

  • Integrate Jebbit data with third-party platforms.

  • Activate data for retargeting and remarketing efforts, such as sending follow-up emails.

  • Gain a deeper understanding of your audience segments and cohorts.


Before you begin


Access audience insights

  1. Navigate to Attributes > Audience Insights within the main navigation.

  2. By default, insights will be available for all segments.

  3. To view insights for a specific segment, select it from the Segment dropdown in the top-left corner.



Filtering by cohorts

You can filter insights based on specific cohorts:

  1. Select a cohort from the Cohort Filter. For example, choose Email to view data related to new leads collected via email.

  2. The page will update to display statistics specific to the selected cohort.

  3. Review stats for other attributes within the cohort to gain a comprehensive understanding.

  4. You can also choose to save this filter as a new Segment by clicking Save this Segment and subsequently naming the Segment.

  • Attributes are data points collected from user responses to specific questions in your experience.

Can I export Audience Insights data?

  • Yes. You can export event-level Audience Insights data by click on Export in the dahboard. Export by selecting your cohort, choosing which data to include, excluding consumers without lead capture if desired, and specifying the region (EU or Non-EU). The export will be sent to your email.

How often is the data in Audience Insights updated?

  • Data in Audience Insights is updated in real-time as users interact with your experiences.
