The Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging integration allows you to seamlessly connect your Experiences by Jebbit with Epsilon's messaging platform. This enables the automatic transfer of user data collected through Jebbit and trigger personalized emails in real-time to Epsilon, facilitating timely communication with your audience.
Before you begin
Confirm you have an active Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging account.
Gather your API credentials provided by Epsilon.
Identify the data fields you wish to map between Jebbit and Epsilon.
Add your credentials in the platform
Once you have the required credentials and endpoint details, add them directly to your integration in the platform.
Note: All integration credentials are now managed directly within the platform. From the Integrations module, you can name your integration, enter the required credentials, and configure your field mappings — no file submission required.
