The Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging integration allows you to seamlessly connect your Experiences by Jebbit with Epsilon's messaging platform. This enables the automatic transfer of user data collected through Jebbit and trigger personalized emails in real-time to Epsilon, facilitating timely communication with your audience.
Before you begin
Confirm you have an active Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging account.
Gather your API credentials provided by Epsilon.
Identify the data fields you wish to map between Jebbit and Epsilon.
Create the Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging integration
Gather your API Username, API Password, Authentication ID and Secret, OUID, and Message ID.
Copy these values into a
.txtfile, (including your brand name).
Submit your .txt file via dropbox file request
Transfer the information from your .txt file via dropbox file request via the provided URL.
