The Listrak integration allows you to seamlessly pass consumer data collected within your Experiences by Jebbit into your Listrak account. This data can then be utilized for personalized email campaigns and triggers through Listrak External Events.
Before you begin
Request an integration from our team.
Identify the data points you want to pass from your experience to Listrak.
Gather your Client ID and Client Secret.
Create a Listrak integration
Follow these steps to securely provide Experiences by Jebbit with access for the integration.
Create API credentials within Listrak
Log into your Listrak account.
Navigate to Manage > Integrations to create an integration and enable API access
Specify the integration type "Email" for your integration. You must also specify which areas of the API should be made accessible.
Enable all access levels.
Whitelist the Jebbit IP addresses in Listrak under this integration. Request this information from your Jebbit Customer Service Representative.
Copy API Integration Information to a .txt file
Copy the Client ID and Client Secret and paste into a .txt file.
Note: For your security, the Client Secret cannot be retrieved if it is lost.
Copy the List ID, Event ID, and Segmentation IDs
Jebbit will need:
A specific List ID to know where to send the Jebbit data
An Event ID which serves as a trigger for marketing actions inside Listrak
Attributes collected from Jebbit as segmentation fields, specifically passing the segmentation field ID. Provide the Jebbit attribute ID and the corresponding segmentation field ID.
These values can be found under your API ID information.
Copy the values and paste them into your .txt file.
Submit your .txt file via Dropbox File Request
Transfer the information from your .txt file via the provided URL.
