Qualtrics integration

The Qualtrics Integration enables you to seamlessly transfer data collected through Experiences into your Qualtrics instance. By mapping Jebbit attributes to Qualtrics contact fields, you can enrich your customer profiles with zero-party data, facilitating more personalized and effective engagement strategies.

Before you begin

  • Ensure you have administrative access to your Qualtrics account to perform the necessary setup steps.

  • This integration is available only to customers with access to the Qualtrics XM Directory, typically included in higher-tier pricing plans. Confirm your subscription level with Qualtrics if you're uncertain.


Create a Qualtrics integration

There are a few steps we ask you to take so that Experiences by Jebbit can securely receive access to perform the integration.

Locate your API Token

  1. Log in to Qualtrics.

  2. Go to Account Settings in the user dropdown.

  3. Go to Qualtrics IDs​. Click Generate if you haven't generated your token yet.

Note: If you already have a valid API token, "Generate Token" will replace it with a new one (the old one will expire immediately). Any existing API calls will not work until they are updated to use the new token.

Provide the directory to push users to

The recommendation from our team is to push contacts into an XM Qualtrics Directory specifically denoted for Jebbit.

Note: All integration credentials are now managed directly within the platform. From the Integrations module, you can name your integration, enter the required credentials, and configure your field mappings — no file submission required.
