The Marketo integration enables you to connect your Jebbit experiences with your Marketo instance. This allows for efficient data transfer, ensuring that leads and engagement data collected through Jebbit are automatically synced with Marketo for streamlined marketing efforts.
Before you begin
Request the integration with our team
Access to your Marketo account with permissions to create and manage integrations.
Gather your Marketo client ID and client secret.
Confirm appropriate API permissions set up in Marketo to allow data exchange.
Create a Marketo integration
Log into your Marketo instance.
Select Admin, then select Users and Roles.
Click on the Roles tab and select New Role and assign the Read-Write Lead permission in the Access API group.
Name the role something descriptive, for example, "Jebbit API Role."
Click Create.
Navigate to the Users tab and click Invite New User.
a. Use the email address integrations+[Your Brand Name]@jebbit.com
b. Give your user a descriptive First and Last Name, like “Jebbit API” and “User” and click on Next.
Assign the role you just created and check API Only.
Click Next, then Send to complete the invitation.
Return to the Admin menu and select LaunchPoint.
Click the New dropdown and select New Service.
Name your service, for example, "Jebbit REST Service".
Select Custom from the service dropdown and add a description.
Choose the API-only user you just created from the API Only User dropdown.
Click Create.
Map Marketo fields to Jebbit attribute IDs
Open the same
.txtfile you used earlier for storing your API credentials.List the REST API names for each Marketo field (standard and custom) that you want Jebbit to populate.
Next to each Marketo field, add the corresponding Jebbit Attribute ID to which it should be mapped.

Note: All integration credentials are now managed directly within the platform. From the Integrations module, you can name your integration, enter the required credentials, and configure your field mappings — no file submission required.
