The Postscript integration allows you to send data collected in Experiences by Jebbit directly to your Postscript SMS lists. Subscriber details are passed as mapped tags, enabling list growth, personalized messaging and segmentation which will coincide directly with your mapped attribute values.
Before you begin
Request the integration with our team.
Confirm access to an active Postscript account.
Gather your Postscript API key.
Identify the experience where you plan to collect subscriber information.
Create a Postscript integration
Follow these steps to securely provide Experiences by Jebbit with access for the integration.
Create an API key and secret
Retrieve your Postscript API key from your Postscript account.
Or, click Create Security Key Pair to automatically create a new key pair if you do not have an existing one on hand.
Provide Jebbit with target Postscript keyword
Navigate to the Keywords section in Postscript.
Click Create Keyword and enter a unique keyword to track opt-ins from your Jebbit experience.
Set the keyword action to OPT IN.
Add a custom reply message, this is what subscribers will receive after they opt in.
Save your keyword settings.
Note: All integration credentials are now managed directly within the platform. From the Integrations module, you can name your integration, enter the required credentials, and configure your field mappings — no file submission required.
