Adding an Experience to a Dialogue

Updated over a month ago

Integrating your Experiences with the Blueconic CDP Dialogues feature enables you to combine the strengths of both systems, offering enriched experiences and seamless first-party data collection. This integration allows you to target customers based on their CDP profiles and deliver personalized content in real-time.

How It Works

  1. Establish a Connection: Begin by setting up a connection between Jebbit and your CDP.

  2. Create a Standard Jebbit Experience: Develop your experience within Jebbit as you normally would.

  3. Publish the Experience: After finalizing your experience, publish it in Jebbit.

  4. Integrate via CDP Dialogue: Instead of embedding an iframe on your website, navigate to your CDP's Dialogue section. From there, pull in the published Jebbit experience using the Experiences toolbar. See steps here.

  5. Personalize with Profile Properties: Leverage profile properties from your CDP to customize the content within your Jebbit experience. This can be achieved by setting up query parameter traffic splits or inserting dynamic content, facilitating hyper-personalization and progressive profiling.

Important Considerations

  • Publishing Requirement: Ensure your Jebbit campaign is published before attempting to pull it into a Dialogue.

  • Previewing Drafts: You can preview drafts from the CDP interface and simulator, allowing you to see real-time updates and test the experience without affecting reporting metrics.

  • Lightbox Launches: To launch your experience as a Lightbox, create a Standard Experience in Jebbit and select the Lightbox Dialogue Type within your CDP. If your experience was initially created as a Lightbox in Jebbit, you'll need to convert it to a Standard Experience for this integration.

By following these steps, you can effectively integrate Jebbit experiences within your CDP's Dialogue framework, enhancing personalization and data collection capabilities.
