If you are an eCommerce site or any brand looking to drive sales in your website, it's essential you are able to display the right products or content to the right users. Within the experiences platform you can do that through tools such as outcomes and product feed.
Before you begin
Ensure that the attributes you wish to pass through the URL are properly mapped within your experience.
Access to features like the dynamic redirect requires an Enterprise-level account.
How dynamic redirects work
Dynamic Redirects allows you to take the responses from the experience and dynamically insert them into a redirect URL. When a user completes the experience, they are sent to a URL on your website that includes their response data, enabling a filtered view of products or content specific to their interests.
This feature is very similar to the Dynamic Product Feed with two primary differences.
The recommendation screen is on the brands website, not a view in the experience
You do not need to upload or integrate your Product Feed
Set up dynamic redirects
To pass Jebbit responses into your redirect URL using Dynamic Redirects, follow these steps:
Map attributes. You cannot pass a response which is not mapped to an attribute. For instructions on mapping attributes, see Attributes Overview.
Select 'Append Responses to URL' from the advanced menu dropdown in the Builder Map
Add the parameter name in your URL string and specify how you would like Jebbit to pass the responses.
Note: The "Append Responses to URL" option is only available on the Enterprise plan. To use this feature, upgrade to Enterprise. Once upgraded, you can find the option in the advanced menu of the builder page, allowing you to append quiz responses and custom parameters to your redirect URLs.
Next steps
Test the configured dynamic redirects to ensure they navigate users to the intended personalized content.
