Archived screens

Updated this week

Archived screens in Experiences by Jebbit allow users to preserve data and restore content that is no longer part of the active campaign flow. Screens may be archived when a campaign is reverted to a previous version or when branches are disconnected. Archived screens remain accessible and can be restored or reused as needed.

Before you begin

  • Make sure you have access to the campaign builder view.

Restore disconnected screens

  1. Open the campaign builder.

  2. Click the Show Archived Screens tab in the bottom left.

  3. Find and review archived screens.

  4. Click an empty branch node or the screen and reconnect the screen.

  5. Select Hide Archived Screens in the tab in the bottom left to hide them once again.

Manage archived screens

Identify if a campaign was reverted. Reverting to a previously published version will:

  • Restore the campaign to match the exact state of that published version.

  • Remove any screens that were added or modified in the draft version.

  • Remove archived screens, even if they were present before, because the reverted version does not retain archived states.

Bulk delete archived screens

To clean up unused screens:

  1. In the campaign builder, click the toolbar’s More option (upper-right corner).

  2. Select Remove Archived Screens to bulk delete them.

Understand archived data in exports

  • Archived screens appear in Event Level Question Data exports to maintain historical data integrity.

  • You can choose to exclude data from archived screens before exporting.

Tip: Learn more about exporting question data in the Event Level Question Data exports article.

Next steps

  • Review your campaign’s screen layout after any major edits.

  • Reconnect or rebuild screens as needed for complete flow.

  • Publish and launch your experience.
