Uploading your brand's custom fonts is a key step in aligning your experience designs with your organization's brand standards. With recent updates to font management in Experiences by Jebbit, you can now upload fonts including all their variable weights and apply them easily within the editor.
Before you begin
Prepare your font files in one of the supported formats:
.OTF
,.TTF
, or.WOFF
.Ensure the font family includes all variants you want to use (e.g., semi-bold, bold italic, extra bold italic).
Make sure you have access to your brand’s settings page in the platform.
Upload custom fonts
Navigate to your brand in the top right corner and select Settings from the dropdown.
Scroll to the Custom Fonts section.
Click Add Custom Font.
Upload your font file. Supported formats are

.Ensure the font name is clearly labeled.
If the font has multiple variants (weights or styles), include them in your upload.
