Elements are the foundational elements of each screen that determine what information you show to customers on which screen.

There are 7 categories of elements:

  • General: The most frequently used elements on screens.

  • Response types: Engaging elements that allow users to interact with your experience. Often used in gamification or to make more advanced Q&A screens.

  • Outcomes: Display recommendations to your users based on their responses to your questions.

  • Dynamic Product Feed: Display multiple items from your product feed at once.

• Sharing: Add social sharing options to a screen.

  • Form inputs: Used to capture leads in a standardized format.

  • Commonly used form elements: Additional form elements that are commonly used on lead capture screens.

FAQ

Can I use multiple element types on a single screen?

  • Yes, combining different element types can create a more engaging experience.

Are there limitations to the number of elements per screen?

  • While there's no strict limit, it's advisable to avoid overcrowding to maintain clarity and usability.

Can elements be reused across different experiences?

  • Elements can be copied and pasted between screens within the same experience.

Can I set the width of elements using pixels instead of percentages?

  • Yes, you can now precisely control the width of most elements (excluding spinners) using pixels. Simply hover over the '%' symbol next to the width setting and click to switch to 'px'. This allows for more accurate design across various screen sizes. Even with a fixed pixel width, elements will scale responsively to fit the screen when necessary and respect independent device styling for optimal user experience.
